Privacy Policy

The “Data Protection Act of 06 August 2004” as mentioned was amended, in particular, in 2018 by Ordinance No. 2018-1125 of 12 December 2018 made pursuant to Article 32 of Law No. 2018-493 of 20 June 2018 on the protection of personal data and amending Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms and various provisions concerning the protection of personal data.

1. Responsible for the collection of personal data

As the controller of the data it processes, eolefrance.fr undertakes to comply with the framework of the legal provisions in force. It is his responsibility to provide his prospects and customers, from the collection of their consents, with complete information on the processing of their personal data and to maintain a register of processing in accordance with reality.
Each time eolefrance.fr processes Personal Data, eolefrance.fr takes all reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and relevance of Personal Data with regard to the purposes for which eolefrance.fr processes it.

2. Purpose of the data collected

eolefrance.fr may process all or part of the data:

  • to allow navigation on the Site and the management and traceability of the services and services ordered by the user: connection and use data of the Site, billing, order history, etc.

  • right to erasure personal data (Article 17 of the GDPR), when they are inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated, or whose collection, use, communication or retention is prohibited
  • right to withdraw consent at any time (Article 13-2c GDPR)
  • right to the limitation of data processing (Article 18 GDPR)
  • right to object to data processing (Article 21 GDPR)
  • right to the portability of the data provided, when this data is subject to automated processing based on consent or a contract (Article 20 GDPR)
  • right to define the fate of the data after their death

As soon as eolefrance.fr becomes aware of the death of a User and in the absence of instructions from him, eolefrance.fr undertakes to destroy its data, unless their retention is necessary for probational purposes or to meet a legal obligation.

If the User wishes to know how eolefrance.fr uses his personal data, wishes to rectify them or oppose their processing, the User can contact eolefrance.fr in writing at the following address:

In this case, the user must indicate the personal data he wishes to correct, update or delete by identifying himself precisely with a copy of an identity document (identity card or passport).

Requests for the deletion of Personal Data will be subject to the obligations imposed on eolefrance.fr by law, in particular with regard to the retention or archiving of documents. Finally, Users of eolefrance.fr can file a complaint with the supervisory authorities, and in particular the CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes).

4. Non-communication of personal data

eolefrance.fr is prohibited from processing, hosting or transferring the information collected about its Customers to a country outside the European Union without first informing the customer. However, eolefrance.fr remains free from the choice of its technical and commercial subcontractors provided that they provide sufficient guarantees under the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: n°2016-679).

eolefrance.fr undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the Information and in particular that it is not communicated to unauthorised persons. However, if an incident impacting the integrity or confidentiality of the Customer’s Information and likely to generate a high risk to the rights and freedoms of a natural person is brought to the attention of eolefrance.fr, the latter must inform the Customer as soon as possible and communicate to him the corrective measures taken (art. 34 of the GDPR). In addition, eolefrance.fr will also have to notify this incident to the CNIL (art. 35 of the GDPR)

In addition, eolefrance.fr, although allowing access to online services external to the site dealing with “sensitive data” such as the results server or the payment of online fee notes does not collect or process any “sensitive data”.

The User’s Personal Data may be processed by subsidiaries of eolefrance.fr and subcontractors (service providers), exclusively in order to fulfil the purposes of this policy.

Within the limits of their respective attributions and for the purposes mentioned above, the main persons who may have access to Users’ data of eolefrance.fr are mainly our customer service agents.
